New Patient Visit & Initial Consultation
$420.00 for a New Patient Visit with Dr. Cassidy
$370.00 for a New Patient Visit with a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Your initial visit will be conducted one on one with a board certified psychiatric provider. This visit lasts approximately 50 minutes and takes into account your complete biological, psychological, and social history. At Cassidy Psychiatry we partner with you as a team, make sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan, and answer all questions before you leave.
Board Certified General and Forensic Psychiatrist
$370.00 for a 50 Minute Follow-up with Dr. Cassidy
$185.00 for a 25 Minute Follow-up with Dr. Cassidy
Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
$320.00 for a 50 Minute Follow-up with a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
$160.00 for a 25 Minute Follow-up with a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Ketamine - KetaMist® Treatments
$320.00 for a 2 hour In Office Personalized Ketamine – KetaMist® Treatment
Insurance companies place undue constraints that limit the amount of time psychiatrists and mental health providers can spend with patients. This is why we do not accept any form of insurance–so that more time can be spent with you. We will give you all the information needed to file with your insurance company if you choose to do so unless you have Medicare. We are not a Medicare provider and have opted out of Medicare. Medicare patients must enter into a private contract in order to receive services, and cannot submit claims to Medicare. However, Medicare patients can submit claims to supplemental plans which may or may not cover services. Although Cassidy Psychiatry does not accept insurance, you may use your insurance to pay for medications and any lab tests that will be conducted.
